This design was originally built for a long, odd shaped 1024 parcel that abutted a cliff. With only 351 prims to work with, low land impact was paramount. This striking modern design is low and sleek, and even with the full recessed lighting and full kitchen, it is a mere 76 LI.
The cliff location had a wonderful view, so large windows were placed all across the front and two sides. These windows have our custom window darkening system we call "Shields". Touch a window set and it is 80% transparent. Touch it again, and it is only 20% for privacy.
The Cliff House has two bedrooms, both very large. Contact us if you would like a partition for the 20m long room, turning it into two nicely sized bedrooms.
There is recessed lighting in every room, including the cozy outside deck.
So if you're in the market for land but have a modest budget, consider buying a cliff. They're cheap. And we have a house for you.
Please note that this build is 44m long and too large for a square 32x32m 1024 parcel. If your land is square, you need a 2048 or bigger.
The Cliff House would also be a very fine skybox.
