Actually, its an excellent product. Very easy to set up once you figure out that you can move the green things to determine where you land.
Instructions: Rez ladder. Edit linked to mod the rope to where you want it. Then look at the physical location and rotation of the green up and down thingies. You can move and rotate them so you are dropped off where you want.

says it is mod. which it is not. it only comes in one size. you cannot make it smaller or larger.
