If you see "no mod" that's only because one script is. You can mod the textures and all of the other scripts (at your own risk - take a copy first!).
Rez your clockwork dragon. He (or is it she?) is cute and is ready for you to right-click and board. You will be asked who you are - just type "start" in local chat (without the quotes). Then you can fly! Great sound effect, easy to fly, loads of fun! Looks cool, too. Type "stop" when you are ready to disembark. That powers down the engines ready for you to put your dragon away until next time.
