By Purchasing any of the full perm products from IMaGE Factory Mesh Creations you agree to the following:

No Refunds. If there is a problem with a product contact us, and we will do the best we can to correct it. ie.. receiving the wrong product, items missing from a package, download problems. This does not cover if you purchased a item by mistake or purchasing the wrong item. The ads clearly state if the PSD and DAE are included, be sure that you are buying the correct item.

You CAN use the included textures in your finished products. You are however encouraged to create your own textures.

ALL items in the Mesh package are covered under the TOS, PSD files, Textures, DAE files, Alpha layers and Alpha textures etc...

You are NOT to sell or give away any contents of this product to another avatar account or an alt at full permissions. (Mesh/Textures/Download Information) This also includes altered PSD templates or DAE files you may have uploaded yourself. If you choose to alter a template or DAE file. The TOS still applies.

If you choose to sell mesh clothing made from IMaGE Factory Mesh Creations with transfer permissions, it must not be copy as well. (And Visa Versa)

Do not give them out as freebies. Suggested Retail Price is no lower than 100L. (this will be strictly in forced!)

You may not use any advertisements or images to resell as your own product. This includes any images included in the box when you purchase from us. You are purchasing the right to sell the items in the product. You are not buying the rights to use the advertisement images as your own.

Any DAE files purchased from IMaGE Factory Mesh Creations can be transfered to other grids that may be able to support mesh.. now or in the future. For and added license fee of $500 L per template If you choose to transfer items, you must still follow the TOS and notify us of the transfer and request a transfer license and pay the required fee as stated above, A license request form will be sent to you and must be filled out before the transfer of any items. this is for your protection as much as it is for us.

Finished product Items can be used for MM, Luckys, Hunts.. only if for a limited time.
