*** Now with graphic display menu & gender-specific setup ***

~ Requires RLV-enabled viewer, e.g. Firestorm ~

Interested in RLV, but not sure about the risk? Or just want to simplify your outfit control and possibly share the experience with someone special? The Clothes Control System may be just what you're looking for!

CCS offers dialogue-control for any of your 3-level, 2-layer outfits (e.g. sweater/bra + skirt/panties + shoes/socks, or, shirt/vest + trousers/underpants + boots/socks). There is even an additional dropped-panties option for a bit of fun (female avatars only), and special provision for a Supergirl or Superman outfit, which may be set to be worn automatically while flying and changed back on landing. The menus are contextual, e.g. you will not be offered 'socks off' if you still have your shoes on, and you will not be offered 'shirt on' until you have put your bra or vest back on. But at all stages there are full 'clothes off' and 'clothes on' options when applicable. When changes are made, they are announced in chat in the form "A is taking B's <item> off" or "B is putting her <item> back on".

CCS consists of three main scripts which are supplied in separate worn items, a bracelet and a ring, but which may be transferred to any other preferred items. Two folders of clothes based on Library outfits, Gamer Girl (F) & Librarian (M), are also included in the package to demonstrate the setup procedure, and enable you to get started quickly. The bracelet data notecard & scripts allow agents to whom you have granted access to control your clothes, and allow you alone to change outfits and hair. The ring data notecard contains the outfit data, which is sent to the two scripts in the bracelet. So the bracelet is worn continuously while CCS is being used, but differently customised rings are worn with each outfit. An optional HUD can be used to supplement the outfits menu with a 3x3 grid of outfit photos, with zoom facility.

The scripts make use of RLV commands to control your clothes whether they are 'worn' or 'attached'. No renaming of clothing is necessary, and copy/mod/trans permissions are not required. No access is granted to anyone other than those specified by you, and no control is given beyond that offered in dialogue by the scripts. It is therefore a completely 'safe' system.

Although the scripts are not modifiable, a feature is included for those who would like to add flexibility. An owner-definable button on each of the clothes control menus (bottom middle) can be given a name via notecard data which will output a CSV string on the owner-definable CCS communication channel (default 9). This can then be received by an owner's script placed in the Bracelet and used to initiate further actions, e.g. another menu (guidance supplied).

The system has been fully tested with both classic & Maitreya Lara 4 & 5 bodies. The latter has made it possible to include control of clothing layers (tattoo, underwear, clothes) which are simply prepared for each outfit and treated like any other item of clothing.

* Usable with both Classic and Mesh bodies (tested with Maitreya Lara).
* Tested with Firestorm (preferred) & Singularity Viewers.
* The Bracelet is customisable using a separate script. A separate help notecard is provided.
* Scripts are copiable, no mod, no trans.

  • controls both worn & attached clothing
  • dual control for owner & permitted user
  • no scripting of clothing required
  • works with no copy/no mod/no trans clothing
  • owner-definable menu button
