Cloud Nine allows for one operator and up to seven passengers. It can produce special effects for rain, snow, and storm behavior.

Cloud Nine's control behavior is a bit non-standard. You can use the arrow keys to move left/right/forward/backward and PgUp/PgDown to move up and down. In addition, the cloud slowly rotates so the operator faces its direction of movement. This will take a little getting used to, but I believe you will find it to be a very fitting behavior.

The special effects are voice-controlled.
"mode off" - Turns the cloud off completely. Note that the base objects of the cloud are completely transparent. Make sure you don't lose it!
"mode normal" - The cloud is white and fluffy.
"mode rain" - The cloud is gray and rain falls.
"mode snow" - The cloud is gray and snow falls.
"mode storm" - The cloud is dark gray, hard rain falls, and there are flashes of lightning and thunder.

Technical Notes
All of Cloud Nine's visual effects are produced with particle effects. The effects generally look fine using the default particle settings under display options, but if you are in an area with many different particle effects visible, the visual quality may be reduced. After thorough testing, I believe I have found an acceptable balance that should work under most circumstances.

A delightful vehicle, if a bit tricky to pilot. My friends couldn't wait for a ride, and it was smooth sailing until a bad sim handoff dumped me out.

The 'weather' settings are very clever and look great.
