Apparently selling titlers is a thing, some of them let other people set your titler, but not everyone wants this.
Very simple product ; every 1 second it will pick a new random pastel shade and display the text in that color.
New text can be set by typing on channel 69, e.g.
/69This is the new titler text

- Settable by simple command
