This item can be used as house, or club, or whatever needs a roof and walls!

It has working lights, buttons for the chute's crane, and a little prank for your most annoying friends.
You can also change permissions on the electric system.

it's based on a real building along the Danube river, in Hungary.

It was a old coal depot, whre coal from a mine would be dropped there and used to fill barges.

The textures are depicting this image, but you can retexture it using the Full Perm textures provided.
If you need some extra FP textures (like Ambient Occlusion), just ask!
