This beach home comes with the island it sits on. It can also be placed on your plot of land to better suit a beach setting. It comes with the palm trees and outdoor furniture. It is also fully furnished inside. The window shutters open and close, as does the door. All items are copy, modify and can be replaced with your own furniture, if you wish.

When you get this set to where you want it, please unlink the walls and this will lower the prim count.
The radio included is fully functional and only has to be deeded to the land to work.
