This unit was designed for one of my outdoor shopping malls.
The building fills the rear half of a 12x24 rental slot.
The open front design and small rear space recognizes the fact that most browsers never enter the buildings so vendors will want to maximize display space out front where the customers can see the offerings.
It doesn't allow any options; for instance, the doors and windows are fixed open. This makes support a breeze.
The unit is a single linked build and does not need a rez script. Simply pull it out and position it. It contains only one low-lag script to keep some parts phantom. The doors, for instance, are phantom to reduce frustration for movement challenged customers.
For my mall, I fenced the front yards to help my tenants see their shop borders. The box contains both the 24-prim version without a fence, and the 28-prim fenced version.
