Coeur Luberon Farmhouse (referring to the area in Provence) is a two room L-shaped farmhouse. The farmhouse has a walled patio area ideal for outdoor living as well as an extended length living area and a private bedroom. The house has privacy windows, front gate, window boxes, and a fireplace.
The actual footprint is 42 meters wide and 27 meters deep, including the wall that extends all the way around the building and interrupted only by the front gate. The house includes the tree shown in the image. The total land impact for the farmhouse is 152. You may optionally remove the following to reduce the land impact:
