BOM TATTOO LAYERS
Comes with bonus liners for optimal layering!
I highly recommend playing with the order in which you wear your liner and shadows, you can make things pretty dynamic with layer order and tinting!
The lower liner is especially tintable !
I suggest wearing Shadows and "Bonus Liner Under Eye" BELOW your Liner. Try it it in other orders! You might like some more than others.
