● Go to the object description and type "up" or "down".
● Go to "content" then "reset scripts" to apply the change.

functional but...
functional but my avi is not quite "on the ladder". Runs up the ladder fast, and animation is not really well pronounced or in sync with the movement.
The designer does communicate readily when he comes online, and did offer to allow me to try it out first, but I had literally already bought it just as the offer was made. My mistake and my bad for buying too quickly.
