These colony prefabs have been designed to retain the modifiability of SL builds, built as a modular construct to allow for custom layouts, and built with multiple redundant materials to allow for easy recolouring and retexturing.

Amazing
These prefabs are amazing! This one can be used for all sorts of things. Two bunk rooms, a bedroom and a living space, an office and a lounge, or any other combination you can think of. The structures are very light in prim use and the doors work very smoothly. I'm definitely going to buy the rest of the set.
Great colony unit...
I'll say this... it's quite modular, it's spacy,easy to mod, if you stretch the parts will increase the land impact... yes, but it¿s cuz' it's mesh so be aware of that... other tan that, everything Works good, I love it and it's great for RP, you'll not regreat about it
Your Colony Will Approve
Solid construction for any space colony (works underwater too), with three sets of airtight doors - two interior, one double for outside. This buy gets you everything in the single set, and is easy to mod.
The only thing that kept this from 5 stars was the rising land impact if you try to stretch or mod it too much. The prims are detailed, and so the prim conscious should be forewarned that modding is easy, but could cause you to use more land impact than you hoped.
