This is a very nice living room set! I am very pleased with the quality. It is nice that you can change the textures. Also you receive so many items for the price. The only thing I would say is that there are not as many sitting animations in the couch but the chairs have lots of animations to offer and its all menu controlled and that is great. I would recommend it to my friends.
