You can use the prims as part of your build.
YOU CANNOT SELL THEM WITH FULL PERMISSIONS IN ANY FORM!
You can not re-sell them in their present form as a set, meaning you cannot simply change the permissions to mod /copy and begin selling sets of the products. These are to be included in your own builds. Mod them, add textures, re texture, do what you will, but do not re sell them as they are, in their present form.
If you re-sell them, as part of your own build, they must have less than the full permissions set.
