PLEASE NOTE THAT IT MIGHT TAKE A LONG TIME TO FIND THE WAY IF THERE ARE MANY POSSIBLE ROUTES!
Thank you, Commander, for purchasing the first truly continental mainland-wide HUD. This tiny device allows you to find your way between any two sims with protected routes of the same type (roads, railways, waterways). It is easy to use and incredibly low-lag.
HOW TO USE
1. Wear the HUD.
1. Wear the relay that you need (see below).
2. Adjust distance to search (smaller distance means faster results).
3. Click the relay. A text box will appear.
4. Write the starting sim in the box.
4.1. If there is no protected route registered, it will not work.
4.2. If there is only one route, it will start.
4.3. If there are multiple routes in the sim where you are, you can chose:
- YES to chose this one
- NEXT to see next route
- CANCEL to abort search.
5. Chose destination point. Write destination sim in a text box. Depending on results, you can chose:
5.1. If there is no protected route registered, it will not work.
5.2. If there is only one route, it will start.
5.3. If there are multiple routes in the sim where you are, you can chose:
- YES to chose this one
- NEXT to see next route
- CANCEL to abort search.
6. Wait until you get the results.
- below 1 minute for Gaeta 1, Nautilus roads
- 2 minutes for roads on Satori, Corsica or Jeogeot
- 3 minutes for railways
- 5 minutes for waterways of Gaeta 1 or Satori
- 20 minutes for roads of Heterocera or Sansara
- over 1 hour for waterways of Sansara or Nautilus (long distance).
6.1. You can leave the relay to work over the night or do something else. Once result is found, it will stay there.
6.2. Come close to the relay, reset the HUD.
6.3. Click on the relay to start downloading the route.
6.4. For a new search, RESET the relay.
7. Once a route is loaded, the HUD will start showing you the way to destination.
- TEXT shows distance in meters and direction (left-right)
- ARROWS show direction
- RESET to abandon navigation
- BEACON to open map beacon to next navpoint (after you reach the first)
- NAVPOINT to navigate to previous or next navpoint
8. Teleport or go to starting point to complete the trip.
9. Once you reach destination, you will receive a message and the HUD will reset.
