This is the 30X20 single story unit from the Avata collection. This unit works well as a small photo studio or fine retail shop. The purchase of this unit also includes a six piece wall mount display fixture set and a five piece floor display fixture set. Fixture LI are from three to seven depending on selected piece. Both sets are size adjustable with the edit menu. Works well as a single unit or combined with other Avata series units to assemble an attractive shopping area. Fixture sets and building come with copy and modify permissions. REZ AS MANY AS YOU LIKE.
The AVATA series is a collection of 9 units ranging in size from 20x20 to 60x40. All units come with floor display fixture sets. Also included with each unit is a six piece wall mounted display fixture set that is not built into the walls of the building, allowing you to place the various sized fixtures on the walls in an arrangement of your design. The Avata series features a glass ceiling for a light and airy feel. All units are based on a shaded white texture allowing for easier color change.
