Concrete Club

There are two versions of this club. One is a skybox version with all enclosed sides. The second has an entry way for entering the club. There are also unfurnished and furnished options for both

Version 1 Sky-box data

The club alone is 23 LI, including base club, stairways, and guard rail. The outside dimensions are 50x40x13.

Version 2 with entry area

Th e version 2 has 78 LI due to the doors, windows, decor and planters added in the front
The outside dimensions are 50x53x13

Included with the build are some decor items. The picture frames, table and chairs (made by me) Sofa (re-textured) and plants are FP items I included to make the club look less empty. The extra furnishings are 126 LI, so use if you like, or add your own items.

The picture frames can be modified so you can add your own pictures, simply by going into edit, "select face" and add the required texture, or simply drag the picture from inventory directly into the spot in the centre. They are copy/mod in case you make a mistake.
