Excelant after market service
I noted a couple of problems with the product after I first purchased it. Some easily correctable, on one he had to send me a new item with COPY perm. Now everyone knows how SL can glitch, which is the case in this instance. He contacted me within an hour of my contacting him, correcting the problem immediately. All I can say about the sidewalks is that it is a great build, easy to use and modify to my needs. The customer service AFTER the sale to make sure that everything is right with the customer... Now THAT is more precious than gold.
