Well the local authorities finally came by and kicked all the Neko's and Hobo's out and condemned the trailer. Although I have a feeling they may be moving back in.
The Condemned Trailer is a must for any Grunge type of Sim and your give it the perfect look just add some rubbish for the ground and a hobo chairs and beds maybe even a fire in the lounge and someone will have the perfect home.
So for grunge trailer parks or city's you will definitely love this
