Configurable rentbox Versión 2.0

This product is an editable copy rentbox for receiving payments from tenants

*** GENERAL OPERATION

The base station can quickly check the locations by colors changing :
- Free color (default white)
- Color during the rental period (by default green)
- Color -2 days before term(default light green)
- Color -1 days before term(default yellow)
- Color due date (default orange)
- Color delay (default red)

The information of the remaining days, the name of the land, the tenant's name and number of days of delay are permanently displayed.
You can appoint a Manager who will help you to manage your rentals and parameters of the terminal.

*** SETUP

It is adjustable in 2 parts:
- 1st in the notecard that give you the global parameters, such as the default color for the messages to be transmitted, the IM parameters and the default price to avoid having to change too much later.
- The second menu-dialog : the owner or administrator click on the rentbox and a full menu appears, simply follow the instructions.

*** OPERATION

The tenant pays the terminal to start a lease and may pay several weeks

* Day -2 before the term, the terminal begins to change color
* J-1, an IM warns the tenant of the impending deadline and the terminal changes color again
* D-Day, IM him (or her) know when the day arrived and the terminal changes color again
* J + 1: im the one (or) that he is late and the terminal shows the late days, if the tenant pays the terminal it reflects the delay. (Example: the tenant pays by weeks and 2 days late = he will have 5 days rental).
It is imperative that the tenant has paid at least 1 time to receive the IM, otherwise the owner of the rentbox will be notified, the avatar key must be registered at the 1st payment .

The owner or administrator may cancel a lease, add days, modify the price for the next deadline, etc ...
The owner can also "take" the terminal and rezz it again without loss of rent, it is updated every 10 seconds.

The displays are refreshed every 10 seconds depends on the sim lag, but the rental time is based on the clock, thus independent of the lag in the sim.
