Item was purchased on the 11.2.2011..item was'nt received.. so benefit of the doubt i waited till the
12.2.2011. Sent a notecard with transaction details ( paid) and " look forward to hearing from you".
It is now the 18.2.2011 having sent you the notecard again...still not received the item let alone a reply!!!
Poor Customer service.
