This construction set features a foundation for a building under construction, complete with anchor bolts and pony wall.

This version includes the NEW stack of sacks as well as the original (also available separately).

Land impact is in the 17 to 18 range at the default size. The base is thick so the cement area can go into uneven ground on a slopped hill (probably not a really steep slop).

DRUMS AND SHOVEL ARE NOT INCLUDED!

Other items in the set include a single pallet (1 li), pallet stack (1li) and stack of sacks (2li). All items have strong LODs across a sim.
