This contemporary barn features a spacious stall for four horses, a tack room, an attic for your hay supply and a garage for your cars.
All this is encorporated on a 24 x 16 meters footprint with only 87 prims. All doors are scripted and can be setup to allow operation by the owner, the group or everyone.
The tack room is equipped with a dutch door, so you can close the lower half and still keep the upper half open. As a special, this door saves you unneccessary clicks by eliminating useless door combinations. When you close the upper half of the door, the lower half will close automatically and when you open the lower half of it, the upper half will open too!
The barn also features a hoist to get your haybails up in the attic. The rope can be tied to a hook just by clicking it!
The garage is big enough to give you space for 2 cars, even if they are pickup trucks! And this barn features a garage door which operates like a real life door! You have to see that to believe it.
