The Converted Shed has a large open space living area as well as a large dining/kitchen area downstairs and three rooms upstairs. You can set a bathroom in the smallest room or use all three as bedrooms and setup a bathroom on the landing by adding some walls and a door. Please note that this addition will change the land impact.
All doors close automatically after a certain period of time. This does NOT apply to windows, which you can leave opened if you want. Just click on them again to close.

The house comes with a rezzer to simplify the building process. Once you're happy with the house position, click on the rezzer, then on the Finish button in the dialog. This will kill the scripts associated with the rezzer and remove the "tracking" hover text.
