High quality texture with no alpha halo.
This tree has gently falling leaves that disappear when they touch the ground. No separate leaf emitter - the falling leaves are scripted right into the prim. Still only 1 Prim!

The European Beech's natural range extends from southern Sweden to central Italy, west to France, southern England, northern Portugal, and central Spain, and east to northwest Turkey.
In the southern part of its range around the Mediterranean, it grows only in mountain forests, at 600-1,800 m altitude. It is a large tree, capable of reaching heights of up to 49 m (160 ft) tall[3] and 3 m (10 ft) trunk diameter, though more typically 25–35 m (80–115 ft) tall and up to 1.5 m (5 ft) trunk diameter. A 10-year-old sapling will stand about 4 m (13 ft) tall. It has a typical lifespan of 150 to 200 years, though sometimes up to 300 years.

This tree looks more realistic than many of the 3 or 4 prim trees on the market. It is all in the texture!
High quality texture with no alpha halo, set to natural light, not bright so it does not glow in the dark. Unless of course you want it to glow – it is modifiable so you can shrink or enlarge it to suit your needs. You can also copy it so you can set out an entire forest or line an avenue.

I started landscaping on a history sim where 1/3 of the prims are reserved for tall ships and texture lag can sink a ship. Conserving prims, using low prim items, allows for more role play props to be rezzed. And using high quality, quick loading low lag textures make for convincing detail. Cara Mia Gardens is dedicated to providing the best low prim, low lag landscaping on the grid. After all, a prim saved is a prim earned.

Come see this and many other trees, flowers, and crops in my in-world garden.
