[S2S] Victorian Streetlamp

This lovely Victorian street lamp contains a surprising amount of features. You can opt to control a single street lamp or all street lamps on your sim simultaneously. They can be toggled on/off, or you can set them to automatically come on at sunset and switch off again at sunrise. When the lights are on, they display a charming halo effect (which can be switched off if you so desire).
