The size of the cottage is appropriate for common size SL avatars. You can resize it if you have a short hight avatar and reduce the land impact.

True to K&H's quality they put in their builds Cottage Diana is a welcome addition to their caves and tunnels as well as standing alone subtly among a woodland setting.
Mucking Adorable and Awesomely cool!
Yes, the tree and fire torches and all you see in the image, is included. It is totally walkable! You can even walk on the roof as if it were a hill. I like the warbled glass texture on this one! Makes it more medieval compatible than the clearer and smoother looking glass. I /could/ nitpick stars away over things I don't particularly like (e.g. chimney with no fireplace) but, as there is a demo available in world (Tall Hill version) as seen in the image, I was able to walk around and see the details up close as I wanted; and as such I refuse to dock a star for something I knew about when I purchased it! It really is an awesome little cottage for a steal of a price (I got on promo when it was released, the day I wrote this review)! I am also very grateful for the customer service and the creator's willingness to work with me for specific customized pieces of this cottage! 5 stars!!! It's got so much potential for how you can use it! I love it! It's a fun piece! I LOVE how the creator automatically included different versions to make it easy for your various needs, even on my custom changes! <3
