This a 37x28m and it's 92 prim's 69LI. It is one bedroom one bath home. Has open and closed windows and scripted fireplace. You can modify and copy the home if you like. The floor has three textures diffuse, normal, specular so make sure to turn on advanced lighting model on to see it. The house comes in a rez box easy to move around and pack up.
