Tucked away in the corner of this forest, next to the waterfall and partially hidden by trees is a beautiful castle ruins. As you enter you can hear the sound of the waterfall and the crackling of the fire. In the forest there are gentle hills and leaves that slowly drift from the trees. Butterflies circle overhead and there is light coming from the castle along with smoke. Welcome to Tumble-Down, part of the secret forest collections.

2 floors, 5 rooms and an open balcony area.
All furniture is animated with animations specific to that furniture including cuddles, single male/female sits, sleep and eating. Also includes bento hands for realistic animations.
The dining plates have 5 meal choices and two drinks just click to change.

Wood cuddle sofa, multi-sit sofa, armchair, lamp, chaise, bed, dresser, side table, dining table and chairs, bar table and chairs, pictures, rugs, planters, working fireplace, garden bench, campfire, animated tree stumps and shelves.
Chimney smoke touch on/off.
Wall torches with smoke touch on/off.
Realistic flowing waterfall.
All doors and windows are scripted.
Packaged in a rez box for easy setup.
All my builds are copy/modify so you are free to move things around and change things to suit.
The castle is a separate object and is 103 prims so if you just wanted the building you can simply delete everything else.

Wonderful blend of Tudor meets the Modern Era
Spectacular design! Floor plan flows well if not a little tight in some spaces. My only complaint is that the actual rezzed model with the furniture inside does not include the updated pieces of bento compatible furniture. Those come in a separate box and have to be installed manually afterward. For that, I subtracted a star, otherwise it would be absolutely perfect!

This house is pretty awesome, it's not huge, nice outdoor spaces and quite cozy. I've been enjoying having it so far and I waited a while to be sure before I wrote a review. Some areas can feel a little tight, but we're talking about things like a stairway, so nothing major. Overall the place is amazing and would give it a solid 9/10. The seller was also very nice and helpful with an issue i had that was entirely on me. Really nice and friendly customer service, will be happy to buy again in the future. Thanks!
