Let your mind drift faraway with this lovely cottage covered with wisteria, situated on a large grassy cliff, this build has 3 levels with a surrounding woodland garden with very tall trees, offering complete privacy and a rambling river / stream. It contains a lot of furniture and many extras. Please keep reading

LOWER LEVEL
The ground floor of the cottage.
A cosy pub / tavern with a bar with bartending animations plus couples and singles, bar stools with drinking and 2 sets of tables and chairs with animations.

The middle floor has 2 rooms, a small lounge decorated in green furnishings and a bedroom, complete with cuddle bed, drapes, nightstands and rugs.

The Upper floor is the main living area to the house with a charming lounge area, decorated in blue with a cuddle sofa and reading bench, fireplace, cabinets and rugs.

To the side of the lounge is a small bathroom area with toilet, sinks and a towel shelf.

Take the stairs from the lounge to the loft, where another bedroom / sitting area is nestled away.
For larger avatars that might have trouble camming when walking up the stairs, there is a TP Pad that will take you from one floor to another. The box includes additional TP pads with instructions if you wish to add more.

On the upper level outside, there is a small courtyard area with a washing line and on level 2 there is a lovely picnic bench with lots of eating and drinking animations.

IMPORTANT
The furnished version with 419 animations comes with lots of extras. Included in the box is both versions - furnished and unfurnished. Also for those that would like the furnished version but doesn't necessarily want to use all of it, I have boxed up each room's furnishings so you have the option of rezzing the unfurnished version and then choosing which piece of furniture you fancy. You also have a complete furnished rez box for those that want to buy and rez it, as its displayed.
