Tucked away in this forest partially hidden by trees is a beautiful ruined house. Butterflies circle overhead, birds look on curiously and the fawns eat grass and lay relaxing. There is smoke coming from the chimney and gentle light spills from the house. Welcome to Tumble-Down, part of the Woodland Forest collection.

Good quality mesh ruined house and forest with trees, plants, flowers, animated butterflies, animated fawns and birds.
Land impact is 400 prims at size 64M X 64M X 31M high.
The ruined house is a separate object and is 103 prims so if you just wanted the building you can simply delete everything else.
The house has 2 floors and plenty of room inside with an outside balcony area.

Touch the fawns/birds to start animations.
Packaged in a rez-faux for easy setup.
Permissions are copy/modify on all my builds but the scripts are copy only.

I like the idea of having combined an antique rustic with a more modern refurbishment, with some details in the stairs and fixtures near the urban from being able to allow a wider variety of furniture choices.Plus texures have material very detailed and garden fit well also in skybox, happy with my new home!
Woodland Fae House
i just adore this house it has a very medieval / elven pleasant feel about it. takes up a 64m by 64m sky platform with all the forest and a animated deer. Purchased this item and needed a slight modification. The ruins are lovely! and the creator came to my land immediately to make the mod that I wanted. Cannot speak more highly of the product but the customer service is amazing and unexpected. Well worth the price!
