Nestled in a magical garden, partially hidden by trees is this beautiful cottage complete with garden and decor.

Land impact is 280 including everything. Size required is 32M X 32M X 16M high.
The cottage on its own is 25 prims and is a separate object.

Simple yet adorable
This cottage is absolutely adorable and fit amazingly in my fairy themed land, parts were easily modified to fit my land without breaking which made it all the better!

Beautiful little cottage
Complete with scenery, and some lovely decorations and furniture, it makes a fantastic little home. It took me a few times to get the placing right, but rezzing it into place was so easy. I can't wait to invite some friends over for tea, and to take a tour of my new home :)
