The Content Rezzer will rez the Dining tables, Fireplace and other objects.
Includes Tables To sit and eat. Each table Setting has its own food rezzer by clicking the table cloth in front of each seat. Various meal, Drink and utensils are available (Or a combination of these)
The modify part is the building itself.

This is one of my older builds and is only PART mesh, hence the prim count
