This home is 207 prims with everything, You can remove lights, fireplaces, decorative wall, and the plants if you do not wish to use them.
Copy and mod so you can change the textures if you like.
Paskis smooth open doors, curtains that open and close to touch, indoor lighting that change textures to touch (individually) and hanging lamps that turn on and off to chat command.
23m long and 16m wide can easily fit on a 1024 and beyond. A small cozy home for those that don't need much.
