Texture change is via HUD only, so it can not be changed by visitors or guests.
These are great for Fall, but pretty useful year round.

As delivered, this product includes 2 HUD options - They quite different. Please read the included notecard: About the Standard & Advanced Mega HUDs

Standard HUD:

This is the HUD that comes when you unpack your purchase. It will work perfectly with the model that unpacks with it - (Cozy Fall Cushion Mega Set 1Li). And it will only work with that model, and any copies of it rezzed out.

The Advanced HUD option is packed separately and will need to be unpacked. It is - Essentially each HUD for all colors, and Sets offered in this theme. Like you bought each separately. Advance Options will work EACH set independently, and can be helpful when mix-n-matching from room to room, or if you change your mind a lot, like I do. There is a Note card included, about how to use this option.

Be sure to read the helpful 'Removing Texure Change Scripts' Note card included in your Purchase. It will you decide when is best to remove them, or keep them inside your furniture ;-)
