The *Cozy Home* with fireplace and Chimney - 2 floors with 2 tables, 2 chairs, 6 vases of flowers, 2 small couchs and 1 rug have 85 prims ( the v.1 with glass-transparent door) and 89 prims (the v.2 with no transparent door to you take more privacy) . All is mod and copy ( but the chairs is no mod), so if you dont want to use all 89 prims, you can put the furnitures out.
About prims:
-*Cozy Home* with fireplace and Chimney with glass-transparent door:70 prims
-*Cozy Home* with fireplace and Chimney with no transparent door to you take more privacy:74 prims
-2 tables:1 prim each
-2 chairs:1 prim each
-6 vases of flowers:1 prim each
-2 small couchs:2 prims each
-1 rug:1 prim
The fireplace with chimney have 10 prims so if you get it out, your home will have 60 prims ( with glass-transparent door) or 64 prims ( with no transparent door).
Windows have a system to open and close, you click on it and will appear a menu. And those big windows also can be opened and closed just click on it so you will take more privacy.
The door have a system to lock and unlock, you must go to near of the door and type on open chat: show help. Made it you will see informations to lock and unlock your door. The door use a phantom system so just click on it to open and it will get invisible but after some seconds it will come back be visible and solid again.
This house have not stairs, I have putted 2 teleports, it is near of the doors so you must click on the teleports to go to upstairs and to come back to first floor.
And to rez your *Cozy Home* with fireplace and Chimney just click on the small box, you will see a menu so click on the word build and to put it out click on the word clean.
I cant forget to tell you, the house get a space of 28x20 ( it is good to small lands - but it will not get fine on 512 sqm because 512 sqm=32x16 and this house is more big than it, you must to be living on a land with a space of 28x20 or biggest. It get nice on a land 1024 sqm=32x32), so when you will rez it you must have a place with this size of 28x20 or you can mod the house making it a bit smaller.
