you can use the avatar as it is, or you can create your own animesh.
this avatar is already tested for animesh ( since animesh skeleton are a little different than second life basic skeleton, some rigged avatars will not behave well as animesh)

to transform to animesh you need to enable animesh in edit object features, and drop a script and an animation inside. there are many animesh scripts in sl, just for test, if you don't have one use next one :

I absolutely love this avatar~! It's really well rigged and even comes with the textures. I hope to see more characters from the power rangers series at some point, especially the Gold Ranger. Great job good sir!
