Rylee stands at 5'9 using the T.A.R.D.I.S. Height Detector (counting additional height of the Slink High Feet/shoes) and 6'2 using the Second Life height found in Edit Appearance mode.
Shape is copy/mod no trans. It comes with a brow and a style card so you can get the exact look.
