1) Police Line Do Not Enter (Vertical Offset 0.00)
1) Crime Scene Do Not Enter (Vertical Offset .333)
2) Sheriffs Line Do Not Cross (Vertical Offset .666)

Just make the above adjustment on the texture tab in edit, and change the tape.
