The Cross Cottage
This design adds a little Mediterranean flair to a cottage style building by mixing its four large rooms with a central outdoor atrium. Each room has high camera friendly exposed beam ceilings with lots of window for that open airy feel. All the walls and floors have been optimized for those who wish to personalize it with their own textures or colors. The Cross Cottage is copy and mod but NO TRANSFER.
The footprint for the building is 45m x 55m as it sits. It can be scaled down a bit but a 64m x 64m lot or larger is preferred. Only 78 LI.
The simple design works well as a home but it can also work as a store, a church, apartments or whatever else you can dream up.
