Attach the HUD. You can place the blaster inworld OR attach it. If you attach it, you do not need land rights for the effect to work. The blaster should be just above ground height. The height of the blaster determines where the pieces will bounce, so adjust accordingly.
Toggle Balloons and Fallout on/off by clicking those buttons on the HUD. Click a color palette to send it to the effects.
Start/Stop button on HUD or click the object to toggle on/off.
