Terrible Customer Service
I purchased Caroline Colors back on Oct 2,2017 and the hair did not come with the hair base..I contacted the owner now 4x and have not recieved any response back from her nor the missing hair base. The hair is useless to me without the hairbase so it was a total waste of money for me. I would not advise anyone to purchase hair from this person because of her lack of customer service. I will give her 1 star on this review only because they will not allow you to post the review without a star.
