This outfit contains regular SL clothes (copy/no mod or trans), Lolas applier for Tango and Mirage mesh breasts, and TheMeshProject installer for the body (head not included).
Fitmesh & rigged mesh can not be resized. A tip for getting it to fit breasts are to lower the breast gravity and reducing the size is often the fastest "fix". Rename your 'new shape' something like 'my shape for M mesh' before saving also reduces future frustration per avid mesh users.
