There are 2 objects inside.
One is Type A (wear it).
Second if Type B, where you REZ it and enjoy.
On both types, you can touch the cherry in the box and you can turn the particles on and off.

The lid on the heart box on the REZ type teddy can be opened and closed by touching the lid.

On both Type A and Type B, if you touch the Bear, a wearable (on mouth) strawberry will be sent to you. By touching the strawberry, you can turn the heart particles on and off.
