Cuckoo clock. Time has been set by default to Moscow.
You can translate the clock to the right time.
To do this, go to Edit mode related objects and click on the arrow tip. Then turn on its axis.

Imagine my surprise when a little tweet popped out .... perfect time and a bird to boot for 1L :-)
Beautiful clocks for any home .... if you like cuckoo clocks you can't go wrong here. Chimes on the hour and the bird pops out ..... excellent buy for a linden.
