This kitchen is at least by my standards, to be seen as a rather advanced and detailed kitchen. I usually work a lot with texturing to create details like knobs and things to keep prims down. This time I wanted to create a kitchen with less thought on prim saving and more on realism and functionality.
Functions
1. Rezzable gas stove.
2. Animations/poses hidden in the drawers of the kitchen island.
3. Openable kitchen cabinette doors (they open and fold).
4. Baked lights that turns on/off.
5. Kitchen chairs with animation/pose
6. Animated water with sound that comes out of the tap when clicked.
7. Kitchen fan comes mod so that you can adjust the height of it to fit your ceiling height if necessary.
8. Kitchen come packaged in rezz-boxes for ease of installation.

The dining set contains:
2x Kitchen chairs with animations. - 8 prims
Dining table - 7 prims
Table cloth - 1 prim
Kitchen Island with rezzable stove - 38 prims
Kitchen fan - 4 prims
Kitchen openable cabinettes and counter set - 29 prims
Kitchen wall cabinettes - 17 prims
Total prim amount of hole set: 112 prims (with the stove un-rezzed).
Permissions: The kitchen is Nomod/Copy/Notrans (except for the fan part that are mod as well). The copy nature of the kitchen makes refunds impossible but redeliveries possible.
The set is also designed with flexibility in mind when it comes to decoration and prims. The parts are not linked together which makes it possible to remove things like the table cloth, chairs, cabinettes etc. This makes it somwhat possible for you to decide on the balance between style and prims!
