There are 6 new features to the new V3 series:

Fun paintbox for hair!
I love this system of color-change hair. It works great! The different colored highlights are really pretty, and lots of colors to choose from. Used with the B HUD you get a lot of variations. A good value when you like the styles and want to buy more. This merchant was kind enough to resend my items when they were lost in a SL hiccup!
Works great - price justified if you buy more than one hair - no 'script delete', though
The overall idea of keeping the hairs cheap (L$100) and selling the clouring HUDs seperately works well, if (like me) you love her hairs and buy more than just one; then the investment is justified and pays off; probably not such a good approach if you only want one hair and you dont like the colour out of the box.
The HUDs themself work great, easy to use; my only issue is that the 'delete scripts' feature is not part of the HUD, but again cost you another L$100; that feature should have been either part of the clouring HUD or even better, the 'delete' HUD be free - after all, all you can use it for is deleting the scripts out of this series of hairs.
