This is a poseball. There is no unpacking. The poseball is a box shape. Just right click and sit.
Some poses are copy/modify, others only copy. The pose itself is not modifiable.
* For some poses, you may need to adjust your height, and or body in Edit Shape mode in order to avoid body parts going through others.
Usually adjustments to leg, hip, arm length, and/or breast size will help posers to avoid any body issues.
